There
is no Plan B was
an installation that paid attention to transitory, commonly overlooked moments
in the exhibition space. I created a situation where people could consider what
is important and meaningful, subverting the notion that value be automatically
assigned to the prominent and loud. These site-specific interventions responded
to elements already in existence in the space, from scuff marks to indentations
in the floor to unlikely architectural elements.
